Do not stay at this dump, the pictures are no where near what that place is, there was stains all over the sheets and blankets hair on the floor trash from the previous people the stinch was unbelievable and the pools was closed the entire time during our stay the TVs work amazing if you bring your own fire stick remote and a magnify glass point blank the place is a dump highly don’t recommend wasting your money

Was disappointed that both pools, 3 hot tubs & poolside bar were closed. The lazy river was gone. All these items are still in the property description & the price hasn’t gone down. It wasn’t even mentioned when I checked in. The room wasn’t exactly clean. The corners were caked with filth.

It was an okay stay, there was an issue with our doors keycard reader which was a little inconvenient and pools and hot tubs were closed as well which sucked. Otherwise, it was just a pretty average myrtle beach hotel. Our room was clean and the beach access was nice. I'd say it was decent for the price we paid for 2 nights. I'd most likely stay again.

Room was not ready on time. Room smelled bad and microwave wasn’t working. Pool was closed and area was filthy dirty. Person who checked me in seem like he didn’t know what he was doing. When I checked out he seemed confused when I said I was checking out for room 803. Not a good experience for my first time at Myrtle beach.

Wasnt very friendly place. I booked 2 room for my family. And i went to the office to get cream & sugar for my coffee only to be told they didn’t have any thing like that. But my daughter went to the office and they gave it to her🤔. Any ways my room wasnt dirty but the floor was and the out side of the hotel is not all that great either. And one shampoo for 5 people per room !! And for the price i paid i wasnt happy. No breakfast at this hotel either. Not that i would have eaten it based on my experience here.

We had to change rooms the first night we killed a cockroach, the stove didn't work, the sliding door didn't lock. 2nd room the microwave blew up the sliding door again didn't lock. The pool was nasty I have a special needs child so refused to let him get in. They had 3 hot tubs only one was working when they got a 2nd one fixed the chlorine smell was so strong it burnt our eyes. The lazy river wasn't opened at all during the stay. We never saw housekeeping once in 6 days. The smoke detector in the 2nd room didn't work. The staff was rude and very unfriendly. They had a onsite laundry that smelled so bad we wouldn't use it...The staff would not give change for it had we have chosen to use it.. They did give us a credit for 2 days. The water to the hotel was turned off 2 different days and we were not given warning...I spoke with manager and was told he would be back in touch never heard from him. The tiki bar was the only high point we had. The bartender was super friendly and sweet and made amazing drinks so we spent as much time there as we could.. Not a total bust but super close to it...

This hotel kept having water issues to the point we left a day early. For 5 hours one day we have NO water at all for the other 3 days of our 5 day vacation the pools where closed due to a water issue. The place smelled awful and the staff was very unhelpful even with the smallest task such as getting new clean towels. The only and I mean only saving grace of this hotel is that all the rooms do have an amazing view of the ocean and its less than a 1 minute walk to the beach.

We booked an efficiency room. We had no dishes, silverware or pots and pans to cook in after spending $250 on groceries. We ended up having to go buy pots and pans to cook in. The front desk offered us a dirty pot but no silverware. I understand people steel but don’t offer an efficiency with no kitchen items. All pools, hot tubs and lazy river were closed the majority of our trip. We decided to leave a day early because of it. The front desk didn’t seem to care. They were very rude. It was sunny outside so all pools should not have been closed. It seemed more of a lazy issue than a weather issue. We deserve a refund. I have booked through Hotels.com many times and this is one of the worst experiences for our family vacation.

Incredibly outdated, advertised 6 pools. They were closed or broken at least 2 at a time the whole stay. Large pool was nasty and murky the whole time. Mold on the curtains, the sliding door was incredibly hard to open, microwave did not even power on. Had to have the outlet for the TV completely replaced to turn the TV on. Advertised as stocked kitchenette and there was zero items stocked in the kitchen. The hotel had 1 set of pots and pans to check out for the entire hotel according to the front desk. Couldn’t get clean towels but one time in 5 days because “they were out of clean towels”
Room 401 had to have been lived in long term as there was terrible dollar tree quality random decor in the drawers, on the walls etc. there’s a drawer full of tools, light bulbs and misc things. The toilet tank lid is broken and literally glued & taped together. The space behind the Murphy bed is disgusting and dirty.
The lobby had no AC. The restaurants & bars were closed and obviously hasn’t been functioning in a long time. The tiki bar outside was staffed by a man who lacked customer service and was more invested in playing corn hole alone and wandering around.
The hotel has so much potential but was very disappointing.

The pools and lazy river were dirty, and there was always either a pool or hot tub closed. Restaurant on site was never open, staff was rude and unhelpful. Elevators were malfunctioning and when staff was alerted, nothing was done. Housekeeping entered our room using our room code, without knocking or alerting us in any way. Balconies were cracking and sagging, water running from ac units causing mold and water damage. I stayed here just a year ago, and had a great experience so I decided to go back and was very disappointed. Beds were comfy and room was clean, though.

The staff and accommodations were great, indoor pools were shut down part of the time and if you need cookware or towels you have to ask for those at the front desk, no big deal. The keycards were having issues but the staff helped each time. The pool had some debris from a windstorm but it was cleaned up quickly. I enjoyed the stay and my kids loved it.
