Recent stay
We unfortunately had a very unpleasant stay. When we arrived, the lift was out of service, which can happen, but no one offered to help us with our bags up the several flights of stairs. The fire alarm went off the following morning at 6am and we heard nothing from hotel staff for close to 15 minutes, at which point most guests assembled in the lobby and only after that did a single employee come by to say it was a false alarm. When we checked out (lift still out of service, no offer of help with bags) no one apologized or asked about our stay.

Nice Hotel
This is a very nice hotel, however, we did have some issues. The room was very small. There were no shelves in the shower to put toiletries. You had to put them on floor of the shower. There were also no towel bars to hang your towels to dry.

Amazing stay. Fabulous and friendly staff. Only one tiny issue the shower head is too heavy in the wet room so it kept sliding down the bar. Just a little dangerous if someone else was sitting having a shower
