Great basic hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Good beds. No breakfast because of Covid. Watched the NYE fireworks from the parking lot, fairly close to Hot Springs pool. No complaints.

You step out of your room and there's a mountain view. You're only a short drive into the downtown area of Glenwood Springs. You sleep in a comfortable bed. Only caveats; hot tub is only open from noon until 9:30 pm (might be a Covid-related constraint) and the in-room coffee maker left much to be desired. All in all, it's a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

The photos I looked at on the internet are nothing similar to the hotel, it had a very ugly smell, I did not stay to inhabit it I had to go to another cleaner hotel (the fifth suites)

This is my first time ever leaving a bad review but it’s a MUST. This stay was awful. We picked it based off reviews but when we stayed here 10/11/2020 it was not the case. The woman at the desk welcomed us by letting us know there are probably some bugs in the room and that we should step on them; and also that she wasn’t putting out breakfast. We had drunk neighbors peeing off the balcony and the cops showing up. There was stained sheets on the bed, no soap in the bathroom, and NO SHOWER LINER! Water went every where! The AC was broken as well. While we were gone somebody came in the room (maybe to clean?) left all the lights on and turned on the broken ac which was blowing hot air, and left it like that! Will never stay here again.

The staff is phenomenal. They handled our reservation directly after Hotels.com dropped the ball. The made sure the charges were right, the room was clean and they went out of their way to call me and confirm the canceled rooms and the ones being used.

I've stayed at this same location each September the last 5 years while on vacation. I choose this one because the staff is very considerate and pleasant. Plus the facilities are well maintained. I plan to be back again next year.
