Excellent place to stay if you have early flight, or arrive late at Arlanda airport, shuttle service takes you to the hotel, it takes 5-8 min. Friendly staff welcoming you , just perfect place to stay with great value for what you pay for. Just book it !

The hotel was clean, the beds are comfortable, the pillows a bit lumpy for me, the doors are heavy and slam, not very soundproof, as neighbouring rooms kept slamming and the room was very hot which still had me nearly all night and a flight at 7am, ended up opening the window at 2am but my room was near the main road side, so then the vehicles kept me awake 😕,

booked because it was pet friendly, checked thru email about pet policy, but when I arrived was told NO CATS. after assuring them I would keep cats confined they let me stay. I had no where else to go! Also it seems the price was not the same as posted on hotel.com site. The rooms are not like american hotels. "superior king room with balcony" was two twin beds pushed together and balcony was also fire escape, for hall and another room, over looking parking lot.

The hotel requires a reservation for the airport transfer bus. I submitted a request for the transfer with my reservation and asked for confirmation, but received no response. When I boarded the bus, the driver gave me a hard time because my name was not on her list. What else was I supposed to do?😡😡😡 I expect a statement and explanation from the hotel staff.

Despite the weather was fine, I didn't find out the rooms does not have Air conditioner... just a stand up fan not eough to cover the opposite locations of the beds. Anyway as I said the weather was good and wasn't that bad. Overall the location was convenient, shuttle service was extremely good, staff at the hotel very helpful and kind... best part was the Breakfast 5 out of 5 stars
