Disgusting and Ridiculous
Family of 4 adults we were given an apartment of 2 separate rooms. Both rooms had 1 double bed where i asked clearly 1 double and 1 twin. We argued at the reception that my adult son and daughter would NOT share same bed so i end up having my son sleeping with me and my wife to sleep with my daughter. Next day we were given a new apartment with what i originally requested BUT guess what? Both rooms had NO TV, yes both rooms had no TV.

There was a paper cup under the bed from the previous guest which was never removed and there were left over breakfast cereal pieces on the floor at the entrance which was not very nice. The FO team were great, always helpful and super nice. I suggest some small milk containers in the drinks dispenser for tea.
