We overnighted after our cruise since the airlines cancelled our original flight. We found the hotel to be excellent, the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was well stocked and the staff were very attentive. The location in Auckland for us was perfect.

Bad housekeeping, good breakfast
Parking was next door to the hotel. Costs $35/day. Once parked, you can’t leave, otherwise has to pay again to enter. Exit to hotel was confusing. It was difficult to do with luggages. Room was small. We found used towels in the shower. Only a few sheets of toilet papers remain on the roll, no extra rolls in reserve. Try to call front desk for extra rolls, but phone one room did not work. Has to change in the middle of the night to go to the front fest to ask. Breakfast was good, a full buffet.
