Exceptional 10.0
Beautiful Hotel in the Heart of City
Our stay was amazing. It costs you 120 to 150 Yuan from airport to hotel. Be aware at the airport, lots of taxi drivers have their agents who ask up to 400 Yuan from airport to to your hotel. Hotel service standard was really five star. They receive you from the hotel lobby and take your luggage to your room. Room was huge with king size bed and a separate living room. Fridge and electric kettle were a huge bonus. There were all amenities you could wish to have in a hotel including night gowns, safe, toiletries with tooth brush, toothpaste, shaving kit, sewing kit, highest quality of sleepers, night clock with lots of features. Hotel is right in the heart of city. You would find lots of restaurants, coffee shops on five minutes of walk including KFC, Macdonald, Starbucks and Dunken Donuts. Metro Station is right in front of the hotel. It costs you around 20 Yuan to take you to Crystal Market if traffic is normal. Most tour companies pick you up right from your hotel. Hotel from inside and out looks like a palace with its huge corridors, huge chandeliers, huge and expensive decors, lots of shops inside with tour companies. Hotel also has ATM machines and currency exchange facility. Location is very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay. Price is also right. Cons: furniture especially sofa is outdated. Shower room needs a deep scrub. Hotel's restaurant food is way too expensive but not a huge issue as there are lots of restaurants outside.

Nice comfy stay for 6 nights.
Excellent location close to metro and walking distance to Forbidden Palace. The property we stay in is about 50 years old. Very nicely maintained considering age. Comfortable big room with separate tub and shower. Will stay again.

Perfect Location and Service
The service, food and location were excellent. In particular Riven, Lisa and Nancy treated us very well. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel restaurant was also great and affordable for lunch and dinner.

I could not believe the room for the price ...!
I was there for only 24 hours but I really enjoyed the somptuous, clean and cozy environment.

Very Good 8.0
The AC in the room wasn't cold enough or strong enough. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the main street, but on Friday night and Saturday night, from about 11 PM to 8 AM, there was non-stop drilling from that street, and it was very hard to sleep. Otherwise, everything about this place was absolutely top-notch.
