Property abuts a doggie daycare. The Roku system was no functioning so if you’re rained in expect noise with no TV options. The entry system codes were being worked on so entry was a hassle. Did I say rain? Yea trying to get in from the rain not fun. Location is great though.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, not willing to work with you and in fact hung up on me. I had to remove a night of my stay due to a funeral and were not willing to accommodate or provide a refund. Not only that, but the apartment building was super loud and noisy, there was trash on the table when I walked in, etc. Overall, will not be staying with a Sonder ever again.

The Sonder Europa was a very nice, clean, safe space to stay in DC. The security for the building is great, everyone has their own codes for building and room entry. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable. One minor complaint was the pullout sofa was not made up with proper sheets, but we made do. We had a minor issue with the TV that was rectified quickly with a phone call. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting DC.
