The hotel was beautiful, but the staff told me at first i didnt have a reservation- yhen when i arrived they tolf me I didnt pay but had to pay them again. Whe i produced my confirmation email they said they needed to double check and then finally said it was ok. The staff the next day allowed a very late checkout, but i feel the feeling of being scammed left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Great hotel, classy area , nice property, staff were amazing and always there to help from cleaning staff to reception to security to guys around the pool! I enjoyed my time there and will definitely consider this hotel for my future stays in Alexandria
