This is a first class hotel with excellent facilities. Its entirely self contained with restaurants, a beautiful pool, fitness center, etc., but it is a little off the beaten path from other offerings of Fes. There is an outstanding restaurant across the street from it, MB Restaurant. The concierge was only willing to be helpful if we bought a tour package from him. When we told him we just wanted bus tickets to our next stop he wouldnt help at all. Consequently we spent several hours tracking them down. This hotel would get our highest rating except for the concierge's unwillingness to help.

Nice hotel with great rooms but employees seemed to be too distracted with more high profile or seemingly wealthy guests to give our group sufficient attention (ie. check in took almost half an hour in the middle of the night).

The hotel was fabulous, the staff treated us like royalty and the food was superb in both onsite restaurants, the room service and the breakfast, oh the breakfast was amazing My wife and I celebrated her birthday there and we were not disappointed at all at the level with wich the customer relations team dealt with this Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile Thank you marriott team for a wonderful stay Ron

Doesn't live up to Marriot standards
Bath tube was stuck, had to call handy man. Called reception 4 times before they sent someone. They sent house keeping to give me water, then I told the house keeping about the stuck bath tube. The handy man came with his dirty boots and made the toilet all dirty. Food is not great either, doesn't live up to Marriot standards.
