It was a nice place No cable so there were no Options to watch a movie or any sports. Only 10 Channels of Spanish tv I had no air conditioning the 1st night. I was moved into 2 additional rooms which also had no ac. The next morning it was fixed but they never moved me back into the superior size room I paid for. Nor did compensate me for the 1st night. Not a glass of wine bottle of water or anything

Great stay
Nice place to stay. Friendly receptionist on arrival. Explained that parking was €10 but found parking on the street directly in front of hotel for free. Nice big room with fresh amenities in spacious bathroom. Free WiFi. My only criticism would be room was too hot and couldn't work out aircon, and from a personal perspective, parking fee.

Good value in expensive Madrid
I booked this hotel as an affordable “airport” hotel. It didn’t work for that as it requires metro changes and metro supplements. However, the hotel represents good value in expensive Madrid. It’s clean, spacious, dry quiet and the wifi works well. It’s a good hotel if you want to stay in that area.

Very comfortable hotel, north of city center.
The hotel is in a suburban area, very close to the Style Outlet shopping mall. Ideal if you have a car because parking on the street was always available. The metro to go into Madrid is only a few blocks away (I would say about 3 blocks). Breakfast was excellent with good variety. Beds were confortable.

Good place to stay when I’m on business in Madrid as I many of my meetings are in this area. The staff on the reception are always helpful. Some nice restaurants and bars in walking distance, my favourite is Kanbun Sushi Japanese restaurant which is great quality but there are also nice Spanish bars too.
