My stay here was absolutely perfect,, staff was excellent & I felt like royalty‼️ My housekeeper, Miss Marci was beyond perfect :) grounds were well kept,, pool was super clean & luv’d my Cabin‼️Would highly recommend a stay @ this resort .. the only thing missing was A/C 🥵thx 2 the staff for a much enjoyed stay ❣️

Marcie, the housekeeper and the maintenance guys were perfect. They went way beyond the protocol at making us feel like family and friends. I didn’t want to leave. The only improvement needed would be on Kimberly, the front desk receptionist. She was always gone and that left Marcie to take care of customers on top of everything else she had to do there. Kimberly was not helpful at all during the 8 days we were there and gave us the impression that she didn’t really care? In my opinion, Marcie and the boys are over worked and underpaid! An overall manager needs to be on property everyday, if nothing else to keep Kimberly behind the front desk during the day!!

Beautiful clean cottages nice location away from main city. we had two cottages booked and the only problem is that the water in the bathrooms was extremely low pressure and was coming like a string. One day even that string died and we had to live without shower. Apart from the water issue the place is neat and clean. Please note there is no beach access there so you cannot get into water.

The stay at the Royal Caribbean in Belize was very relaxing, the staff is not intrusive and are very friendly. Kim in the front office was very courteous and so were the cleaning cure. One peace of advise if you have never been to Belize, rent a golf cart ASAP, and buy water. There is nothing close enough for you to run and get those things. In fact if I have one criticism of my stay at the Royal Caribbean is that the staff should really consider having bottled water available. Other than that, if/when i return I will most likely be staying here again.

Disappointing... Wi-fi did not work most of the time, A/C wouldn't get cold, TV did not work at all, clean water was not provided, room was not cleaned or picked up during stay, dining options were incredibly limited and overpriced, airport transportation was not provided, check in process was difficult (showed up two hours prior to lobby closing and employee was visibly and audibly upset that we had arrived so "late"). The only thing positive I can say about the "resort" is the last employee who helped us, Mara. She was incredibly kind and helpful.
