Silverfish in the Bedsheets!
Our stay was completely ruined due to several issues, the most alarming being the discovery of silverfish in our bed. When I reported this to the staff, they seemed shocked and concerned, yet no effort was made to compensate us for such an unacceptable experience. On top of that, the room was uncomfortably cold, with inefficient heating that failed to provide any relief. This level of service is far below what I expect from a Marriott hotel, and I am deeply disappointed.

Probably won't stay again
We stay regularly at this hotel and as loyal customers have always been offered free parking, but this time the manager Ms Vazquez decided to charge us the full rate - this seemed odd and rather rude given our usual treatment. Also the breakfast was cold and even the water in the lobby tasted stale. Things seem to be going downhill. We probably won't stay again.
