Nice hotel

My family and I arrived before check in and the room was not ready. However we were given a key to the pool area so the kids could swim, which was fantastic. By 3 pm the room was still not ready and was told it would be put in as a priority and I would receive a phone call when it was ready. Came back to the hotel at 430 pm, no call was received and the room was finally ready. Once we were in our room it was a spacious suite and clean. Called to get more linens for the pullout couch which was delivered quickly. Once night time hit individuals were having a party in the pool area and were not considerate that others maybe sleeping. Had to turn the TV on to drown out the noise since we couldn't run the AC fan continuously. The hotel overall was clean and I would stay there again.
