WELCOME TO SNOWGOOSE – The perfect location for both winter and summer. Enjoy the natural Whistler setting of this lovely, newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in the Benchlands. There is a free Village Shuttle Bus year round just steps from your door that will take you to the lifts or Village shops. Alternatively the Upper Village is only a few minutes walk away full of restaurants, shops.



THE LAYOUT



This Snowgoose unit is spacious with large windows, high ceilings and timber beams perfect for your Whistler vacation! Upon entering the home, the entry is fitted with heated flooring and has great space for hanging gear and sports equipment. There is a large laundry room just off the entry way for additional storage and equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The home is set over two floors with an open plan living area and beautiful forest views. The living area features a wood burning fireplace to cozy up to in the winter months, a Smart TV and a generous sized dining area that comfortably allows up to 8 guests to dine. Off the dining area is a patio complete with BBQ for fresh air or to catch the summer breeze. The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new engineered stone countertops, generous island and top quality appliances. On the main floor you will find the first bedroom featuring a twin XL over a queen bunk bed. This bedroom has a walk thru to the 3-piece ensuite. Upstairs you will find the large master bedroom with a king bed, and a generous sized ensuite bathroom featuring a large jetted soaker tub. The third bedroom and bathroom are also located on the upper floor. The second bedroom upstairs is home to a queen bed and another full bath off the hall featuring a walk-in shower and rain shower head option. All bathrooms and the entry have heated tile flooring. This home comes with free WiFi, and basic cable. The perfect place to spend your vacation!



This Snowgoose property features two free parking stalls in the secured underground space. There is an additional parking spot available in the guest parking on first come first serve basis. The complimentary Village Shuttle buses that run every 7-15 mins stop nearby, with easy access to Village ski lifts, retail stores, restaurants and nightlife!



IN THE WINTER



In winter, Lost Lake Nordic trails are on your doorstep, perfect for cross-country skiers, snowshoers and explorers. The free village shuttle will take you straight to the ski lifts, village shops, restaurants and nightlife. Depending on snow conditions, you can ski home at the end of the day via "Home Run", steps from the unit.



IN THE SUMMER



In the summer, it is a very popular area for biking, hiking, golf & has a swimming beach nearby at Lost Lake Park. Lost Lake trails and lake are close by offering hiking and XC biking trails. The Whistler Farmers' Market is held

every Sunday at the Racquet club in the village north. Whistler Village is a 20 minute walk through a beautiful forested area crossing a small river. The Chateau Whistler Golf course is also just around the corner!


Like many homes in Whistler, this home does not have air conditioning. The home is equipped with a fan in each bedroom which will usually suffice in the summertime.

BOOKING POLICIES

Guests must be 30 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS, NO BACHELOR / BACHELORETTE PARTIES.



Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.



All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.



Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $750. The credit card may be charged up to $750 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.



Kindly note that all properties and complexes are entirely non-smoking including patios, balconies, and common areas. Any units with evidence of smoking in the property and complex will result in a fine up to $500 from Harmony Whistler and may also result in complex and municipality fines.

Our team offers 24 / 7 support for all of our guests and in light of social distancing measures, we are happy to help you remotely with anything that you should need.

Our professional cleaning teams have great attention to detail and are also paying extra attention to disinfecting all high contact areas between each reservation.



If new formal government travel restrictions or quarantine laws that were not in place at time of booking, impact your reserved dates then we will, without penalty, provide a credit for the full amount paid. The credit is to be applied towards a future stay with Harmony Whistler Vacations in any of our properties within 12-months of the initial check-in date. New reservations will be subject to availability, nightly rate, and minimum night's stay requirements.
