Apartment-style with remote check-in
We misunderstood that this property is an apartment type setting, with no actual staff on-site and remote checkin. When we arrived there were also 5 people smoking in the parking lot, transients at the bus stop out front and no obvious entrance to the facility. It was confusing to us and when we didn’t have enough extra to cover a security deposit and requested a refund. We received, an “I’m sorry”, without a refund because we purchased a last minute non-refundable rate and missed the fine print. As a long time user of this app, I was disappointed by this especially since my credits were used and also not refunded. Yes partially our fault, but just a heads up this place is not flexible at all.

The nicer of the Metro properties
This is definitely one of the nicer Metro properties. The remote didn't seem to work for the TV and even using a Roku app I could not figure out how to connect due to all the names being messed up by previous customers, but other than that it really was a nice day. It was quiet. There wasn't a whole lot of late night activity and it's much nicer than the other metric properties I've stayed at in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Thank you for a lovely stay at an affordable price

Deceiving Looks
Great Customer Service, Questionable Facility & Tenants, Room was clean, stove, full size fridge, but carpet smelled horrible when arriving, mix of carpet cleaner & dirt w/ mold. Staff was excellent but facilities is not as advertised, woke up to people in the parking lot smoking, high off something other that weed, even watched a couple take logos off of a Uhaul rental van before I left to the Gym, couldn’t use the gym due to missing equipment key for treadmill. But for safety reason I won’t ever go back, nobody bothered me but uncomfortable feeling the entire time.

Needs better cleaning
The room didn't have a remote for a TV, when I mentioned it to the front desk, they said they would bring one up. Instead of bringing a remote the next day2, they responded to my inquiry: "Pots and pans are in the cabinet under the stove." There was a dried-up, half-eaten slice of pizza in the pull-out couch. There were also multiple small cockroaches throughout my stay.

Good concept terrible customer service
I travel often for business. Booked this place last minute and revived all instructions timely. Once I started going thru the portal to add my information the site kept crashing with a “processing error” walked into small front office, and a man was in the back room, on his phone and eating. Never even looked up. I contacted the merchant within an hour of booking this room and told them that I was not able to check in and I had booked another room and I heard nothing. I have disputed this charge thru the bank.
