    It was a hot day and air conditioning was not working so had to complaint about it, we were told hotel disables AC during this month. They turned it on for few hours and it was off again. Shower was cumbersome to operate. It is a good property but they are cutting corners resulting in discomfort to guests.

    2nd time at this hotel for a business trip.. Room location is definitely key to getting a good room. Upper floors, 5 and above, offer the best features. Lower floors seem to be noisier and if you are above the restaurant it can get pretty loud. Other than that it's a really great place to stay while in Granada.

    This is a superficial hotel. It’s nice from far away but once you get close you see all the things that are wrong with it. For example, there weren’t any blankets on the bed just sheets. And zero amenities included with the room
