We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Staff were very helpful in helping us find a restaurant near by. We will be making this our primary location when we stay in Cranbrook in the future.

This is a heritage hotel and while it won't have any modern amenities the location is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

A little something different.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. However we arrived to a very cold room and it took a couple of hours to get cozy as we waited for the electric baseboard to heat up the room. Ya winter time, but no heat sucks. Also, no heat in the bathrooms but it was very nice and clean. Interesting mix of Art Deco and modern amenities. We would have loved to have a place to sit other then the bed which was pretty much the whole room. Overall a nice experience. You can tell whoever has turned that place around that they are on the right track and are pouring there heart and soul into the place.
