You'll love hanging out with friends and family in the living room while you stream your favorite Netflix and HBO movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. The gas fireplace will keep everything nice and toasty during the winter months, and you can let the central AC cool the place down on those hot summer days. The full kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and counter space you'll need and you can serve up to six dinner guests at the dining table while the kids chatter away from the four breakfast bar stools. The first level bedroom has a small workspace for remote workers and students, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bath. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, the primary room with an en-suite bath, a flatscreen TV, and access to a private balcony with views of the pond. Just walking distance from the bay, this home provides guests with life jackets and toys for the kids, plus books and board games to play with. The on-site amenities include a community pool, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness room, a play area for the kids, and a kayak/boat launch. To use the boat launch, guests must have a permit and cannot leave their boats in the parking lot.



*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Parking notes: Parking is available in front of the condo and in any lot on a first-come-first-served basis.



Dock details: Boat & kayak launch available. You must obtain a permit to use the boat launch. Parking of boats is not allowed in Bayville Shores.





Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)



The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
