  • Great location and amenities, dog friendly always a plus. I suggest finding a upper unit as if neighbours are late party goers you will hear them coming in late night.

ABOUT THE HOME

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy townhome is in an unbeatable location. The area is in a quiet and picturesque part of Whistler, ideal for a friends or family alpine getaway. Despite it's secluded location, it is still only a few steps from the hustle & bustle of all the bars/restaurants/shops of Whistler Marketplace and a convenient free bus ride to either of Whistler's awesome mountains! Walk back after a brilliant day enjoying Whistler to relax on your private deck and have a BBQ with friends. Ultimate convenience is provided for your trip with secure underground parking and in-house washer/dryer. Step in to this pleasant, ground floor townhome to find the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, where you can snuggle up next to the warming fireplace or relish the smart TV. You will experience the reams of natural light throughout the home thanks to the generous amount of windows! Master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite with bathtub, toilet and sink. Second bedroom has a tri-bunk, guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Maximum convenience is offered for larger groups or families thanks to the living room pull-out sofa bed.



COMPLEX: GRANITE COURT

The Granite Court complex is located minutes away from the village square and provide lovely, roomy condos and townhomes. Granite Court is just steps from shops and restaurants at Whistler Marketplace and a short walk to Whistler Village gondola. The convenient location allows you to utilize the free bus shuttle service to the lifts of both mountains at Whistler and Blackcomb! The complex features a securely gated, underground parkade.



LOCATION: VILLAGE NORTH

Village North offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. It is centered around a marketplace complete with a supermarket and liquor store while remaining within easy walking distance of the main Village and both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

PARKING

Free parking in assigned stall in secure underground parkade.



HOUSE RULES

No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.

Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The fifth and the sixth adult pay C$25 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.



CANCELLATION POLICY

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.



COVID PEACE OF MIND POLICY

If COVID-19 travel restrictions prohibit the guest from travelling within 14 days of the check-in date, the guest will be issued a 100% credit for future

use valid for 18 months. All terms and conditions for the COVID Peace of Mind Policy can be found on the Outpost Whistler's website on the booking information page.


PROFESSIONAL CLEANING: THE HEALTH OF OUR GUESTS IS A TOP PRIORITY - OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

A professional cleaning company is used after each stay with extra COVID-19 precautions added to our standard procedures:



ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

- Contactless check-in with direct property access via door keypad.

- Common area keys, garage keys and the property keypads are disinfected after each stay.

- Face masks and gloves are available upon request.



HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE

- Housekeepers place enhanced focus on disinfection of all property touchpoints.

- All linens and towels are cleaned in a commercial-grade laundry facility with high-temperature sanitization.

- Mid-stay housekeeping service will not be offered at this time.

- Any non-emergency maintenance requests will not be conducted while guests are occupying the property.

- A maintenance technician will be available for troubleshooting via phone during business hours.

- All housekeepers and property inspectors will wear Personal Protective Equipment.



CHECK-OUT

- Contactless checkout via email, text message, telephone.

- Common area keys and garage keys are to be left in the property.
