Great place
Have stayed here for years for convenience to Disney and affordability. Hilton took over and it’s getting even better. Hopefully they redo the golf course as planned and it will be perfect.

Nice place Bad service
I was meet with a smile and then chatged out the rear end upon check in. 2% for looking in the mirror twice... Since our room wasn't available after 5pm they gave us another room which we were able to settle around 6pm when check in was 4pm. After a long trip with 3 little ones, they refused to give us a late check out. Then the people below us were smoking which we could smell in our nonsmoking nightly rental and the people above us decided to move furniture until 5am. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences ever which is sad because if the service was halfway decent this would be an awesome place to stay.

Nice large resort with 4 pools and lots of play areas for the kids. Crowded on spring break, to be expected. Staff are very friendly. Room service was quick and pretty tasty. Only con is A/C only went down to 68. For the price, can't find a better 2 bedroom suite in orlando!

Amazing full service resort!
It was like having our own 2 bedroom condo. We had a great view of the golf course. The patio is big and screened in to prevent bugs. The washing machine and dryer are brand new in the unit. Everything was new in the unit including the kitchen appliances and tvs. The master bathroom was the size of the master bedroom. Amazing! The second bedroom and second bathroom are clear across to the other side of the unit, giving both rooms privacy.
