The check in process, with the reception being entirely virtual, was difficult. You have to call a number or text someone to address any issues with your room. And the virtual room key was finicky, it didn't work easily. We had to call once to get it reset halfway through our stay. Luckily, this was before the reception closed (9pm). If it was after, I don't know what we would have done. It is not easy to find using maps. The room itself was nice and clean, there weren't issues with anything besides this.

A renewed my stay and appreciate the fact that the location was central to a lot of other things within the area. I stayed in most of the time but was comfortable doing so as accommodations were comfortable and clean. I found it very convenient that there's laundry in each unit which made everything much easier with regards to luggage and what I had packed.

The property was amazing, clean and welcoming. They initially made an error in my sty and gave me access to someone else’s room. I was appalled, but still had a great stay. Just remember to lock ur door incase someone else walks in accidentally, but they resolved this issue very quickly for me lol!!
