Although you won't need a car Free first in basis parking with out height restriction is available. This apartment offers two substantial queen beds, one bathroom and everything brand new in the kitchen. Fully equipped and ready for you and your suitcase we hope you love our CBD home with City views.
Starter amenities of tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, body wash dish and cloths washing liquids are provided. Smart Tv and unlimited download internet are all included.

Combination Washing machine dryer, however there is also a commercial laundry on the ground floor for guests use.
A communal gas BBQ area has been built in 2021, with outdoor seating.

Formerly an exclusive enclave for wealthy merchants and politicians, the West Perth suburb is now part of the inner mixed zone. Adjacent to the famous Kings Park and a stones throw form the CBD.
