Great staff, super clean, Club benefits missing
We have chosen Taj Exotica Resort based on previous guests reviews being one of the highest. All staff members are indeed very attentive, proactive and helpful, great with small children, the hotel is super clean and well kept (though would be great to remove constant presence of staff from the toilets which was somewhat disturbing). Food was excellent despite for us Dubai hotels are not always connected with quality food - the choice of different restaurants is a good move especially if you stay for more than a week and expect not to eat the same throughout the stay. The only negative experience is connected with Club rooms - the only benefit is the access to the Club which, honestly, as a family with young kids we only used twice and for few minutes (no chance for a quiet time with cocktails yet) but there were no other benefits as with other hotels such as e.g. dedicated place for breakfast for club visitors. The buffet restaurant is generally a quiet unnice and does not fit the overall aim for a luxury (feels like a typical place for travel agency tourists), over the weekend days it simply became like a souk where getting a cup of coffee in 45 minutes was impossible and getting the food was like a MMA fight - some guests do not respect general standards of behavior (no respectful queues, not tasting food by own fingers, looking after own kids putting hands in everyting etc.) - I am sure that dedicated smaller place for Club visitors would resolve this.

My young family and I stayed here for 3 nights and found everything to be superb. The staff all went out of their way to be friendly and attentive to all our needs, and very interaction was positive. The facilities themselves were excellent, from the room, the pool, the gym, games room, kids club, restaurants and beach. I struggle to find anything to criticise, but if pushed, I would say the location isn’t the best if you are intending to explore Dubai as it’s right at the end of The Palm. However, the benefit of the location is that it offers some stunning views.

Outstanding Resort experience!!
The service at every step exceeds expectations - whether it is check in, the room, the facilities, the housekeeping, the breakfast buffet - the overall experience is outstanding. The resort is beautiful - the decor, the way it is lighted up in the evening, the location — and the staff make the stay even more pleasant. As the reception staff mentioned, “unfortunately the stay was only for one day”!!
