Less than a mile from downtown, and so close to all that McCall has to offer! Easy drive to Brundage Mountain and everything that makes McCall so desirable! The comfortable well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own meals, the high ceiling and open kitchen/dining area provide the perfect place to make memories with friends and family. When the adventure of the day have ended, cozy up in front of the wood burning stove to enjoy local cable channels or your favorite streaming movie. Finally off to dream in the three plush bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk with full on bottom, twin on top). Come enjoy the best of McCall, Idaho!
House Rules:
*Please bring your own firewood if you wish to use the fireplace
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 9 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 9 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really messes up our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring.
*No pets of any kind are allowed. If discovered any pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
