Located 15 minutes from all of the excitement in downtown Detroit: Ford Field, LCA, Woodward Ave, FOX Theater, COBO Center, Cork Town and so much more is all just a quick jump on and off the freeway. There is plenty of parking at this home with a private driveway able to fit 4 cars. 10 minutes to Royal Oak & Ferndale, where plenty of restaurants and bars are located.

- Bars/ Restaurants: The Detroit area is filled with an ever-growing list of hotspots. This house is near Ferndale (9 Mile Rd and Woodward Ave. area) and Hazel Park (John R between 9 and 10 Mile Rd.) There are many great bars and restaurants in these areas.
- Some of our favorites in Ferndale: Otus Supply, Imperial, Valentine Vodka (distillery), Pop’s for Italian, Assaggi Bistro, Public House, One-Eyed Betty’s, The Oakland, Voyager, Anita’s Kitchen, The Corner Bar/ Detroit Axe, Greenspace (Vegan) and Antihero, to name a few! In Hazel Park, Mabel Gray and Latido@Joe Bar are excellent!

The property is situated just a few miles mid town and within minutes of the heart of Detroit. Easy access to the airport, major freeways, Ford Field, Hart Plaza, Detroit Institute of Arts, Comerica Park, Motown Museum, The Guardian Building, Detroit Historical Museum, Fox Theater, Detroit Zoo, Public House, One-Eyed Betty’s, Imperial.
House Rules:
NO HOUSE PARTIES: Absolutely no house parties. We love our home and want to be able to share it with others. We live in a quiet apartment where residents value security and privacy. Our neighbors have been instructed to call security or police if they notice any type of excessively loud or potentially disturbing events.
NO SMOKING / VAPING POLICY: We have a strict no smoking / vaping indoors policy. Smoking or vaping is permitted outside but you must throw away cigarette or cigar butts in a trash can. Evidence of smoking inside will incur a minimum of $500 smoke remediation fee.
NO PETS POLICY: Our home does not allow pets. We’re dog lovers but not everyone likes or can be around pet dander. Evidence of pets will incur a minimum of $500 fee plus costs for cleaning or repair.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: No more than 6 guests are allowed in this apartment.
SECURITY: There are 3 security cameras. One on the front porch, one on the driveway side and one in the backyard
QUIET HOURS Our neighbors appreciate a peaceful environment. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm on weeknights and 12 midnight on weekends.
