This is our second stay at Hard Rock Hotel Times Square. Rooms are new, everything is very clean and comfortable. But above all the thing that makes us come back, and we will stay here again in the future, every single staff member is super friendly and helpful and they never hesitate to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Loved it!!
Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is so nice! Clean and modern. The staff were nice too. We upgraded our room, and although the first staff member stuck us into a wheelchair accessible room, with a curtain shower stall, the second staff member who said 'check again tomorrow", the third, (Brittney) had us moved out into a proper room with glass shower stall. When you're paying for the upgrade, I would think the staff should give you what you want. Housekeeping was really good. Complimentary water bottles was very much appreciated. Location was amazing!!
