If you’re looking for location, this is definitely the spot! We were in walking distance from everything we needed. Staff was exceptionally friendly and overly helpful, a true pleasure to interact with. My only complaint about the hotel was the shower size, and the beds. The shower was tiny, and the bed was quite stiff compared to what I was expecting. Aside from that the stay was amazing! The breakfast was served on the roof terrace. Great buffet selection as well as spectacular views of the Becilica and city. I would easily stay here again

The location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants and cafes right down the street. Good breakfasts, and the staff was all super nice!

Property is fabulous - amazing apartments - lots of space. Very close to Vatican and St Peters - easy walk. Easy access to the rest of Rome and hop on, hop off buses.

We had a fantastic stay at Trianon Borgo Pio. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and clean. The room looked modern and had everything we needed for our last 5 days in Rome. We had a family of 6 including my 2 teenage children and my parents in their late 60s. We had a 2 bedroom apartment plus a living room that doubled as an extra bedroom because it had a sofa bed and it’s own door, so it was in essence an extra room. Which was great for privacy for everyone. The kitchen was small but we didn’t really use it anyway. Both washrooms were well stocked and clean. A bit tight in the shower but I’d rather have a small but clean shower rather than a big but gross one. There’s a grocery store just outside the building that is open late so it was very easy to get anything we needed at any time. The building is located across the street from a University, so in the morning during the weekdays there are lots of students outside, but it didn’t really affect our stay. It’s close to Vatican’s St Peter’s square, about a 5min walk. There are lots of restaurants all around so it really was the perfect location to be at. Getting to the other attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain is about a 30min walk or a 15min taxi ride. A beautiful breakfast buffet is included in the price you pay, and it’s on the 7th floor rooftop with a great view of the Vatican, the Basilica and Castel Sant Angelo. The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. Overall an amazing stay!

The room was very clean and it had a full kitchen with utensils and dishes to use. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy, and they were very helpful when I asked them for directions to certain places that I was looking to go to. If you’re going to Rome I would definitely suggest this hotel, it’s location is great it is literally within walking distance of every major attraction in Rome.

Very efficient staff. The breakfast and rooftop view were great. The common recreation area were a bit stuffy and computers did not work. Minor problems can be easily addressed. Overall I will still recommend location, service and condition of hotel

While the top terrace for breakfast is superb and the staff very helpful, the bed was very uncomfortable due to the cheap mattress and no mattress cover. By contrast my bed in Zurich’s Best Western plus the following night was so much more comfortable.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and located in a great spot. Five minute walk to the Vatican and great restaurants. The rooms were spacious and updated. Free breakfast on the rooftop was a nice touch with a great view of St. Peter's Basilica. If you are looking for a hotel with extra conceirge services (suggesting and booking tours, etc), this one might not be a good choice, as we were simply provided a map of the city. This worked fine for us since we did all of our tour planning and arranging online prior to arriving. Would definitely stay again.
