First of all the manager Melayna is amazing. Accommodating and helpful! The staff that runs the desk not so much. Jamaican woman that checked us in couldn’t be bothered to turn down her movie/show on her phone or to even look up while I checked in that night. The check out guy was pretty much the same. That makes for a “whatever” experience. The location is decent enough and the rooms were clean. Basic, no frills stay. It is what it is

Good enough deal for the price! I would return but wife would not. Wifi- xlnt! Location - close but not too close to tourist area Bathroom- good. Clean enough Bed and bedding- good enough Roku TV - xlnt! Mini fridges & micro - nice Coffee maker - fail. No machine! Furniture- not much. mostly empty. Restfulness - room is clean, refurbed, stark bright white walls ceiling bed duvet. Arctic white. Lights are super bright LED. Nothing on the walls, not even fake art. The effect is of entering a hospital examination room. Needs a little ikea furniture and a picture.

We had an end room which was nice! Walkable to everything in Bar Harbor and 10 minutes from the main attractions in Acadia.
