Weekend Getaway
The Hotel has very good Customer Service. The lobby is clean. The room was ok, the bed was not very comfortable. There was no soap to wash our hands, usually there is a small travel bar of soap and there was only shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There was a broke phone charger on the floor that was left from a previous visitor which tells us that the room was probably not given a thorough clean/check prior. The view was beautiful from our window as you could see Downtown and part of the Arch.

A bit run down, but an okay stay.
The staff was super friendly. They didnt let us know that their pool and hot tilub would be closed during our stay. They also charge $18 per day for parking. The phone in our room did not work, and when we arrived there were dishes in the dish washer. The beds were comfortable and they hot a nice breakfast in the morning!

Stay was ok, was missing whole bedding for the pullout bed and not realized until after 3am, the lady in the front was able to give her own that she had but would’ve been easier not having to go to the 1st floor if just provided in closet or drawer
