Lighting is important
The photo looks much nicer than in real. I really think that the new renovation isn’t bad but if the lighting can improve, one more star will be added. The staffs of cleaning my room are very friendly but you can feel sth under your feet when walking in your room. No take out from the restaurant and dogs are not allowed in the restaurant patio so I will need to order Uber eats. Parking is nice, check-in is easy. I love that they provide Qtips and shower cap etc.

Mixed Experience
We had a mixed experience at this hotel. Check in and the desk staff were very good even though they were having technical problems. The office supervisor had good customer service and was competent. The room was nice enough and had a nice boutique setting of items by the sink area. Our problem was there were so many hairs on the floor. I dropped a towel in the bathroom, picked it up and it was full of hairs. Also noticed a toenail by the bed, left it there and the next day was still there. Floors were not swept or hairs cleaned out of the bathroom. Very disappointing and the bathroom door set up was weird. Bed and pillows were good. Location was good, you can take bus 25 to the historic part in 30 minutes. Restaurant was very slow, lacked staff, very specialized menu, good desserts.

Decent hotel, but soft beds
Sepia was a good place for our family to stay. The price felt right for the location and parking was easy. The room was perhaps a bit tight, but it was a decent enough fit for our family and was in good condition when we arrived. Our main complaint is possibly more subjective than it is strictly an issue with the hotel: We found the beds to be far too soft for our comfort and the room felt humid. Otherwise, the hotel played its part adequately.
