No thank you
When we knew our flight was going to be late, I called and notified the facility. When we arrived, the doors were locked and there was nobody at the front desk. We called and rang the doorbell multiple times. We were stuck outside during a storm with no other option. We then called another time and the employee took the call. She stated that she had been at the desk the entire time, which we knew differently. Once checked in, we attempted to use the elevator, but could not. The employee told us we needed to push the button very hard in order for it to work. Our room key did not work. Once the employee let us in, we were shocked. Bathroom had urine in the toilet. Chips and other food on the carpet. Bedding had burn marks on multiple spots. Then I saw my first cockroach. We did not sleep. The next day we left and didn't return until late. Nobody around. No vending machines and the ice machine broken. Then I saw 2 more cockroaches. No sleep. The next morning I called the front desk and the employee was rude and obviously didn't want to be working. I requested 4 towels and she said I would need to come get them. I asked if someone could bring them to our room and the line disconnected. Shortly afterwards, we were brought 2 towels. We couldn't wait to check out. Pictures of the bathroom included. Cockroaches were to fast to photo.
