Long Weekend in Mexico City
Excellent hotel. We'd definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is full of amazing places to eat. Our room was more of an apartment, fully furnished, cleaned daily. The staff were very accommodating and professional, very welcoming.

The hotel only gave bottled water in the room on the first day. After that there was a cost for water. In Mexico, a hotel should at least provide bottled water for brushing one’s teeth.

Our stay at Casa Cleo was perfect. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in both the studio and the suite. The bathrooms are newly designed, have both a great shower and deep bath. Large enough so there is no fighting for space. The property is nicely situated from bars/restaurants/ coffee shops so it is quiet at night. The shopping streets and attractions are a short Uber away. The staff are attentive and professional with security 24 hours - have a late flight or want to stay out late - no problem. The only thing I would say is that for the price we felt the breakfast could be a little more well-rounded perhaps. The yogurt/ muesli was great but not filling, would be nice to have some eggs/ toast/ protein. It gets you started however!! We didn’t want to have to leave :-) Thanks Casa Cleo!!

We loved the property really beautiful and clean. The staff and security were great. The breakfast could be a lot better, it wouldn't take a lot of time or money to scramble some eggs or buy some descent croissants for clients. It didn't match the caliber of the property. Same fruit, yogurt and stale baked goods every day... no energy from breakfast staff.

Casa Cleo, a special place...Casa Cleo is located in the heart of Condesa with many beautiful streets to walk around, and an abundance of quaint dining options within steps of the property. There are certain properties that exude a special feel, like an aroma or atmosphere that you feel upon entering the space...Casa Cleo triggers these senses and more. Secure, modern, and attentive staff are offered here. The room was very comfortable and inviting at the end of each day, offering all necessary amenities to make our stay extremely pleasant. One diminishing factor was the breakfast, small selection for our very selective child, which did cause us inconvenience having to source an alternate stop each morning. That said, we very much look forward to our return to Mexico City and Casa Cleo in the future. Thanks to Salvadore and the other kind staff for making our stay quite memorable. See you soon
