Everything was stellar. I think the only two things I’d change would be a second key drop/pick up with the choice of receiving the keys in the back parking entrance. Preference upon booking for this would be key no pun intended. And second control of the blinds would have been nice too as we could not reach the cable for them it was tangled high up. Other than that the smith hotel is by far the best and most luxurious hotel Kingston has to offer. The spacious quarters are a families dream at the affordable rates charged there! And the privacy from both staff and patrons is a tangible feature. If you like chic modern fit and finish with a calm quiet private atmosphere the smith is for you! Not to mention everything is 5 minutes away. Literally everything is walking distance.
