We had a 2 night stay as a family for a 40th birthday weekend. The location of the hotel is great but our room was incredibly run down. With so many great CBD hotels, we would not choose to stay here again unless they refurbish the rooms.

Belle at reception was very helpful and there were a few issues with the room but she has resolved it efficiently with a smile. Really appreciate her assistance. Housekeeping was not quite the high standard as last year we stayed there twice.

It took us 50 minutes to check in. Only two people checking people in we were queuing for ages. Then there was only one elevator working. There was 15 people waiting to use them. One of the people that was with us, there room wasn’t ready till 4.30 and we had to be down at the viaduct at 5. This morning there was nowhere for us to sit and have breakfast. Ques of people again. It was a very disappointing stay for us and our whole group.
