JUST OK.
Made a booking for 2 people in a family room with multiple beds, my daughter decided to join us after I made the booking. When we checked in, the receptionist kept saying she needed to see my booking my phone, I said why, you had my booking. She said you booked for 2 people but you are 3. I said, so ? I could pay extra just check us in. We were going back and forth, I was ready to ask for the refund and leave. Then she called the manager saying we were causing trouble, I guess she didn't know my daughter speaks perfect Greek! We were furious. Thank God, the manager Martina was amazing, checked us in and explained it is all inclusive, we need to pay extra 60 euro for my daughter - it was not a problem for us at all, we understand. However, we went to another hotel after 2 days, we didn't enjoy the food at the hotel during our 2 days of stay.

Didn't feel the need to leave the hotel as you can be either at the beach or at the pool in less than 5mins. We prefer a pebbled beach and loved going snorkeling, however check for jellyfish before going in the water! Food and drink all day long, lovely staff! Thank you all 😀

Amazing sea view from our family room balcony, easy access to the beach, good variety of all inclusive food and drinks, friendly restaurant staff, welcoming receptionist during our 11pm check in, and an unexpected welcome gift with a hand written note, which I thought was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be to renovate the building as it resonated an 80’s Miami vibe. The air con is also very noisy. Would recommend this hotel.

Exceptional friendly staff
The sea view is breathtaking. Very nice garden views as well. It was very quiet and relaxing. There were variety of food, drinks and others stuff. It was all inclusive package. The quality of service was exceptional. The staff were great and enthusiastic. Lots of leisure activities - basket ball, tennis court, table tennis, snooker board, dart area etc. There are water aerobics etc. It was family friendly. With evening entertainment in the evening after dinner. It was very entertaining and there were no room for boredom. The kids enjoyed every bit of it. Adults sections with dance and all. The location is great, about 30mins from town, airport and local amenities were nearby. It was quiet enough to hear lots of birds singing. There was plenty of sunshine to go bask in (we visited end of May) My only reservation is that the hotel is old and not very clean. They need to improve on the cleanliness. The staff do a good cleaning but the furniture and the general ambience is old and cannot be clean to give a neat feel. This need improvement. But overall, we had a great experience! They should also improve the presentation of fruit section in the restaurant to encourage more people eating fruits. At the moment, the dessert section is more appealing. Shout out to all the staff, well done and many thanks for your service.
