My rooms were absolutely disgusting. The first room I had I asked to move as the shower head wasn’t functioning properly so I wasn’t even able to shower. My second room was full of mold. Mold all over the carpet and mold in the shower. And I wouldn’t even give my dog one of the pillows they had on the bed. Pure disgust. I’ve stayed at nicer Red Roof’s in before. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Paid a lot and it was just ok
Stayed here for 4 days. Our room came with an ocean view with a crazy busy road between our hotel and the ocean. It was so noisy till 4 in the morning but the A/C wasn't available at the time of year we stayed when we asked about it. So the room was so hot and keeping the balcony doors open all night wasn't manageable with all the traffic noise and people outside. Instant coffee in the room and breakfast was just ok. This hotel's location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. We paid a lot for our stay as it was before the Grande Prix but we left before the weekend.

Good
The hotel was quite outdated and needed some work. The room was musty mainly because the bathroom was rather moldy.

No swimming pool but close to the beach city view is not the best

Honest 3-star in an excellent location
We took a sea view room, and it was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent location on the Promenade, and since it is a 3-star hotel, it is cheaper than the neighbouring Westminister and West End. Staff were very accommodating: our room was ready when we arrived at noon (normally not before 3pm) and they let us check out little later, too. It looks like the hotel had a facelift under new management (Vacances Bleues). They offer tours around the area (but we did not try any, stayed only 1 night). Breakfast is extra at €16, we decided not to take (you can cheaper nearby, unless of course this is better quality).

Kind of gross
While the location of the hotel is ideal - near all the beach clubs and short walking distance to shopping, dining, etc. - I am quite surprised that it has any positive reviews. The hotel is in a total state of disrepair - including holes in the walls, stains on the headboard, and manual locks that don't work. I was quite disappointed as the photos shown online give a very different impression. I would not recommend.

Great location and frendly staff...room was a bit run down. Asked if i could upgrade as no tea or coffee facilities within room. Was happy to pay but none was available. Breakfast was slow and not much in the form of choice. Also friends had to cook their our own eggs.
