Hotel works for one night stay Close to outlets and resturants. Really needs to be vaccuumed in hallways. Breakfast nothing to speak of. Basic coffee and bagels, waffles and boiled egg.

Our trip had an unexpected turn, we had a Tropical storm roll through while we were there. No problems, the staff were so very friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions on places to go to eat and always told us to drive safe and have fun. Would stay there again.

I really felt the bathroom needed updated. The shelf beside the toilet is really in the way. I bumped it almost every time I used the toilet. Tub is not wide enough to have a shower curtain and a grab bar unless you are very skinny.

Good enough for a night
The hotel was fine - the rooms were essentially clean, the beds were comfortable, and the value for the price of a room was good. The breakfast area is nice and there was a good selection. The only thing we did not care for was the lack of hospitality when we checked in.

It is a nice place with outside pool. Room is spacious but old furniture. We paid $440/night plus tax for Sat night, 9/2-3, free contiinental breakfast only.

They need to step it up
I was called 4 times before arriving and asked what time I will arrive. None of their business. I was on a road trip, driving, ignoring my phone and trying to enjoy myself and the hotel was already paid for. Then when I arrived at 8:30pm which is not very late, I felt like a teenager who was being attacked by the person at the front desk. She reiterated sarcastically that she “knew who I was because she called me already”. My body language showed that I was annoyed and tired while she was explaining the rules of the facility and I started to walk away when she said, I’m not done yet! Then I nodded and half listened to the spiel about not having housekeeping unless we request it and to leave linens and towels outside the room if we need them washed. I know this is common at most hotels since covid, but if so they should take that lack of service off the price. The breakfast was first come first served and nothing to write home about. Coffee was bad. Other than that, close to some shops and restaurants and short drive to the beach made up for it.
