      Find another hotel

      Overall terrible experience. At checkin my reservation was wrong. Had me for 2 days instead of the 3 that i reserved. Then i was charged for the two nights even though i prepaid through hotels.com. Came back down after realizing i was charged. Supposedly they got the reservation fixed and the gentleman at the desk said he had to leave a note for the manager in order to refund me. Touched base with front desk the next day and the girl confirmed with the manager and he told her the refund was done. The next morning we get a call that we need to check out. I got down to the front desk and the woman had an attitude from the beginning me. Told me that there was a 2nd reservation set up for the 3rd day. She insisted i must have made that reservation and o told her i didn’t. She kept insisting and basically saying i was lying. She finally spoke with the manager and got it straight. The hotel itself is not overly clean. The room was mediocre. Shower appeared to have mold/mildew. Bath Towels were tiny and rough. I will not be staying again.

      Poor comfort & stay

      I am very disappointed as Hampton Inn is a hotel I’ve stayed at many times before, but this was one probably thee worse one in cleanliness and comfort. The person next door had the TV on for the entire day & two nights we stayed so loud we couldn’t sleep. We only two bath towels, one hand towel and two wash cloths. No extra toilet paper either! The shower looked molded and the glass barn style door felt like it was going to break off. The towel hooks were so far from the shower door that we had to step out to grab one. There was no room for a bath cloth or the shampoo inside the shower. So much wasted space in the bathroom it was ridiculous. The cleanliness was poor. The AC unit blows straight to your face if you are in the bed watching TV and the comfort itself was poor. I won’t be staying at one of these for a while. Very displeased. I highly believe the cleaning people wanted to clean any of those rooms since it didn’t even look like the floors were vacuumed. Good I took some slippers!

      Hidden fees

      This hotel is definitely run down. The room didn’t feel or look clean. It felt damp. Very low shower pressure. The most frustrating is that the hotel charges every customer account an “incidental fee” without your knowledge. This will happen immediately upon your stay. When I asked the front desk why my hotel stay was charged higher than I booked, I was told that each night is added an incidental fee. And that within 48 hours it would be returned to my credit card if there were no issues.

      Poorly Maintained

      This location needs maintenance, the staff need a product that matches their determination. 1) Bed spread had a stain (maybe coffee?). 2) Shower door was broken. 3) Shower tile broken and grouted poorly. 4) Carpet peeling off the kick wall plate. 5) No soap dish so counter was messy all the time. 6) Long lines for food (breakfast is not self service) we waited 10 to 15 minutes both mornings in line between 730 am and 830 am. 8) The pool is closed due to covid but we noticed the floor on the pool was wet from use (someone is using it).

      Check your room before you pay for it....

      Terrible stay. The AC in our room was leaking very bad... When we first walked into our room we immediately started splashing in water on the carpet.. And when we asked to change rooms, we were told no.. That they would fix it... They DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT INSTEAD JUST PUT HOTEL TOWELS ON THE FLOOR ALL OVER THE ROOM....!!!! No wet/dry vac to suck up the water... JUST FREAKING TOWELS ALL OVER THE FLOOR which of course got very wet as well... Very uncomfortable, very hazardous, and the smell from the entire carpet in our room from being soaked by the leaking AC unit made smell of the room sickening. We payed over $200 for this one night stay.. We would of slept in our vehicle, but we both have bad backs.... And on top of that, the pool wasn't open.... Very disappointing stay..... Very....

      Horrible!

      Pull out sofa had dirty used sheets, towels left in the room were dirty but folded as if there were clean (makeup on one and candy an another) stains on the carpet, no laundry bag, no soap left in the room, ice machine was out of order, side door was “temperamental” so you had to walk around. Absolutely the worst Hampton we have ever stayed in!!
