    Irresponsible stuff

    The bag with my medicament (I have diabetes) disappear from my room. Probably, cleaning woman just throw them out mistakenly. Management asked her about my medicament, she answered that didn't see them; as a result management said to me that believe this cleaning woman and don't believe me. Nobody said "sorry", there weren't attempts to help me to get new medicine or to compensate its cost (about $500).

    Nice hotel and staff but pay attention to Covid

    The suite we stayed in was a great option for families and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. I was concerned at the lack of hand sanitisers by the lifts and the free for all at the buffet! There were gloves available in the restaurant but no enforcement of wearing them, so most people didn’t bother to put them on. The people were closely packed together over the food- they were of course wearing masks but I still felt this was a bit unsafe and needed managing better as the way in which the food was laid out meant that people were packed together in a confined space. It was a pity because the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and the hotel was nice with quite a large outside pool so the hotel had a lot to commend it. I just feel they need to pay a bit more attention to their Covid measures.

    Wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly and can’t do enough. The suites were lovely and immaculate. Overall we had a fantastic time at this hotel. Lots of activity’s for kids and adults and the evening entertainment was very good.

    Well worth it !

    This was a return visit for us, and if anything the quality has improved again. The value for money cannot be overstated, and although some 4 star awards are dubious, this is not one of them. Although this coastline is better known for, loud, cheap and cheerful, Santa Susanna is definitely not in that mould. The area this hotel is in is very respectable and well worth a visit.

    It was all really clean and everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The meals were great, as are the facilities. Location not too bad either, 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 to the train station.

    Clean and good location

    Good location, attentive staff and very clean. A very negative point is the noisy and narrow beds that make the nights very uncomfortable and difficult to have a good rest.
