Customer service was awful . Took over an hour to check in. No bar snack food available in the evening.

There was an hour long line up to check in with only 1 person on reception. He didn’t care and said it was a normal day so why not have 2 people on reception at check in time. They don’t supply pool towels, only gave us 1 bath towel, then said we had to use our bath towel and they would charge us for extra clean towels. There’s no milk supplied for a cup of tea or coffee. The desk refused to give us any. The desk sign states there’s bar snacks available to purchase with a price list, but there wasn’t ever any at all from the list over our 3 days. The room notes state that you have to empty your bins out in the street yourself. We think 25 euros per day parking is a little expensive. The room size and the pools were good.

Pretty average really. Late check in due to late flight arrival. A/c was off, and no instructions how to turn on. Not sure how much cleaning to the rooms had been done. Beds not comfortable either. All a bit 2 star.

Bad for the price
All hotel is very dirty, common areas, pool area and rooms. The floor in my bedroom was very dirty, the carpet was wet and the air conditioner was broken, we changed for a new room that it was dirty as well. Also, the staff is very unfriendly and they don’t care about the guests.
