Perfect location for what we needed for a few nights. Stairs are very narrow if you have a lot of luggage. There is some train noise but not terrible. Would stay here again given price and convenience!

We normally book a hotel near Paddington if we’re off on holiday & taking a flight from Heathrow. Although this hotel is perfect for Paddington train station the lack of a lift would stop us from booking here unless other provisions for storing luggage is available. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

The size and equipment of the room/hotel was according to the price, and we had a lovely stay at St. David’s in Paddington. The hotel is situated superbly close to the Paddington station, many restaurants, and Hyde Park. It was over 30 degrees celcius outside under our stay, and the lack of air-conditioning in the room, situated right under the roof, was making sleeping at night kind of difficult. But all things considered, we were very happy with our stay at St. David’s.

Location was perfect. The room was clean. Everyone was so welcoming. The room on the ground floor was small but nice. The train noise and lack of elavator was bad but they were all mentioned in hotel details, it was not a surprise. The hotel was all good for a maximum two day stay. No regrets at all.

You can hear the underground trains from early morning but that's to be expected for the area, location is very convenient, just around the corner from the Paddington station

A quaint hotel with close proximity to Paddington Station and all it's convinces. The property was clean and quiet, the room very pretty and the view over the park was excellent. The possibility to open the window was a big plus in my book, nothing beats laying in the bed and listening to the raindrops fall on the leaves outside. The hotel offered a water station with both still and sparkling water, had a small vending machine on the ground floor and a tea/coffee bar on the second floor. This hotel had the perfect balance between new and old, and all employees were lovely. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
