Fantastic Hotel in Downtown Seattle area
The room was great. Well organized and clean. The area where the hotel was located was fantastic. Basically will become the place we stay next time we're in Seattle.

Good location
Location is great and near the Needle. The room is nice but our room was not cleaned properly. There were stains on multiple walls and we found half used water bottles still in our room. Otherwise the room was comfortable. The front service was good but the valet/front door service was fantastic.

Very little parking, had to do valet and it was overly expensive. $52 to park for a night. Had a drink at the bar during happy hour and the waitress told me the well drinks were $7, so I asked what kind of whiskey it was. She listed a few, so i order a drink. When I got my bill it was for $15. I told her I asked for the well and she told me that she couldn't do anything about it.

Not exactly 5 stars.
It was ok not great. Hotel has very limited amenities and not easily accessible and is no where as luxurious as other Pan Pacific Hotels. Rooms are clean but dated and look better in pictures. Location is good. Close to Whole Foods and some good restaurants. Views limited. Parking expensive, but street options available and are free after 6pm on Saturdays and all day Sundays. Overall ok but doesn’t feel 5 star at all. Service is good and courteous, and prices reasonable.

Great locaxn, staff, views and property - bad beds
Positives: Great location and decent views. Many local restaurants nearby with a Whole Foods just below it. Restaurant good, drinks good and prices were reasonable and not jacked up like many hotels. Room was not ready for us at check-in after 4pm. Thankfully, the hotel manager was right on it and waived our valet parking for the night we were there. Negative: The beds were BRUTALLY bad. They were so soft that the three of us all woke up with sore backs in the morning. The other weird thing is... they were double beds - not Queen beds, but double beds. I don't think I've slept in a double bed in a hotel since I was a kid, staying in Motel 6s back in 1986 on a trip to Disneyland. Really? Like, this much money for real estate and interior design and they're putting in double beds? That's a huge minus for me. The room was also quite small.

The only place I stay in Seattle
The Pan Pacific is by far my favourite hotel. Sometimes I want to take a trip to Seattle for no reason just the stay there.

Check in took forever, but a beautiful room. We were right above construction so it was very loud. The beds were so hard it felt like sleeping on plywood. The hotel is in a great location, with tons of amenities and attractions very close by.

Nice hotel, a little over priced
Nice but expensive hotel, most on the downtown area are similarly priced though. really helpful staff, surrounding area had a lot of construction making it a little tricky to navigate while walking. Would stay again if price was a bit more reasonable.

The staff at the hotel and are very good and very helpful. Especially the front door staff when it came to going out, they were always there to offer to help, and they were always friendly when we returned. The hotel is very clean, and in a great location. There are good places to eat within walking distance. The beds are a bit on the unconfortable side, as they do not have comfortable “pillow-top” mattresses which would be nice and which other similarly rated hotels do. Towels in the bathroom were good, but not as fluffy or as thick as in others. This hotel has no gym which would have been nice to have, and we could not use the hotel’s car as it was booked when we really needed it. We therefore used ride sharing. Overall a nice stay and the people and experience good.
