The only place I stay in Seattle
The Pan Pacific is by far my favourite hotel. Sometimes I want to take a trip to Seattle for no reason just the stay there.

Check in took forever, but a beautiful room. We were right above construction so it was very loud. The beds were so hard it felt like sleeping on plywood. The hotel is in a great location, with tons of amenities and attractions very close by.

Nice hotel, a little over priced
Nice but expensive hotel, most on the downtown area are similarly priced though. really helpful staff, surrounding area had a lot of construction making it a little tricky to navigate while walking. Would stay again if price was a bit more reasonable.

The staff at the hotel and are very good and very helpful. Especially the front door staff when it came to going out, they were always there to offer to help, and they were always friendly when we returned. The hotel is very clean, and in a great location. There are good places to eat within walking distance. The beds are a bit on the unconfortable side, as they do not have comfortable “pillow-top” mattresses which would be nice and which other similarly rated hotels do. Towels in the bathroom were good, but not as fluffy or as thick as in others. This hotel has no gym which would have been nice to have, and we could not use the hotel’s car as it was booked when we really needed it. We therefore used ride sharing. Overall a nice stay and the people and experience good.

Nicer places to stay in Seattle
The hotel rooms itself are older, the bed could be more comfy and overall it was just little things that would turn me off booking again. Our first room had not been clean and that was fine they fixed that issue but our second room was on the 8th. The entire time there was no ice, we'd have to go to a separate floor, found used dental floss in bath tub, the outlet for the hairdryer was lose and the plug would consistently have to be put back in, around the tub wasn't all that clean, toilet flushed was finicky and the sink was plugged so we had to take the center of the drain out. Just annoyances you wouldn't expect out of a 4 star hotel. Location isn't great, lots of construction around although that's not the hotels fault.
