Had a great stay, the hotel is close to a lot of great restaurants, cafés, bars and clubs. It is a short walk to the main streets and event centers. The spa area was wonderful and the rooms were really spacious, could easily fit 4 persons without it being cramped. Only minus is that the bed was a bit hard for my taste. Did not try the restaurant, but it looked really lovely and cosy.

Average and not as expected
It's not as great as expected rather very average not impressed, language is an issue took me 15 minutes to help the reception understand on billing requirement, and not the most cooperative front desk

Ok if you do not expect a 5 star hotel
This is a nice hotel. Compared to 5 star hotels in just about anywhere else we have been this falls a long way short. In reality it's an ok 3 star hotel with a small pool (which shuts for 5 hours during the middle of the day - not sure why) and a two-person sauna. The location is good for the ruin bars and about a 20 - 30 minute walk to many of the points of interest and the river. Additionally, the breakfast is prohibitively expensive at €20 per person per day. The staff are friendly and do a good job. Overall, be prepared for significant disappoint if you expect 5 star facilities and overall finish. If you imagine an ok, and dated, 3 star hotel you should be alright.

Normal Living in a Hotel.
Great location for an extended working stay in the city. Gym, pool, sauna and common areas are great fir a small family style hotel.

Excellent hotel
The hotel was fantastic. The service was top notch, place was clean, smelled great and was in a perfect location. The pool, sauna and hot tub was just what we needed at the end of our day, made it even more perfect. We would absolutely stay there again.

Enchanting stay with luxury pool area
Excellent stay! Beautiful accommodation. The shower was a little difficult to control as it tended to flood the bathroom because of the design .

Look Past the Fancy Pool...
Initially I saw the picture of the pool and fell in love; however, that quickly wore off. Homeless people are constantly sleeping outside of the Chess restaurant which is apart of the hotel. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine. If not, the slamming of other guest’s doors will keep you up. My shower leaked due to this strange swivel glass door that is installed between the tub and sink. The “LCD” TV is like 16 years old and sports maybe 10 channels. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t pick this place to live in my room and watch TV, but it’s nice to have something to watch when you’re winding down. Internet was good, hotel security was always around, and the customer service was very polite/helpful. Breakfast was good with a nice spread, but you can find better breakfast well under the £20 flat rate. I had a sweet view of the courtyard with two balconies. I walked everywhere and there are many bars and clubs surrounding the hotel. If you need a cab, reception can hook you up. I used this several times with limited wait time. All in all, I wouldn’t stay there again. For how much a room cost, I could’ve easily stayed at one of the other “high end” hotels on the Pest side, but my experience wasn’t horrible... it just wasn’t “5” stars...
