Not my first choice for the money
I booked Posada Viena because I was on a tour that started at that hotel, otherwise it would not be my choice. Although there were four people working at the front desk, they never seemed to know exactly what was going on. Broken elevator;there didn't seem to be anyone repairing it in the three days I was there. Also the hotel has no heat and it gets cold at night in January. The neighborhood seemed safe enough but there is nothing of interest there. Ten to fifteen minutes walk to better restauants, banks machines, the metro. There is a very expensive restaurant in the hotel and reasonably priced breakfast cafe. Having said that, it was clean, has a large lobby, and the WiFi works usually.

Very bad hotel would rather sleep at the airport
The stay was horrible I travelled with 8 family members from Guatemala and USA and I was charged an extra 150.00 US dollars as the rooms that they had for us was three rooms with single beds even though we had requested rooms with 2 double beds. They said if I wanted rooms with double beds it would be extra. They offered wifi I. The rooms and never had it from day one. Service was horrible offered free breakfast but it was only 2 eggs. Even if you put do not disturb on your door they still went in

My room only had one available power outlet and it was behind the bed. As soon as I pulled the bed back I saw about an inch of dust and it was an instant regret. I started to question the overall cleanliness of the carpet...not fun
