Room was spacious and has a 7-Eleven conveniently located on the ground floor, so it's easy to cut thru the store vs walking around to exit the hotel. Plenty of amenities to help yourself to at the lobby. I saw a ton of people utilize the public bath so make sure to stop by if you'd like to take a soak. Elevators at the lobby has cameras to show which are full or empty so it's super helpful. Was a bit bummed that the two rooms I booked were on separate floors and the only other feedback would be to make the elevator NOT always go to the 2F lobby when no one selects it because it feels like a waste of time.

There is a public bath, laundromat (400yen for 3kg), ice machine and microwave on the third floor which adds to the convenience of the hotel. The laundromat can get crowded at times so do plan ahead. Service at the hotel is good and staff spoke English, Mandarin in addition to Japanese. Towels and linen are changed daily - staff will place fresh ones outside your room if you opt for "no cleaning for the day".
