The room was very spacious and beautiful! I loved the aesthetic. The area itself was central to both the city center and south beach; however the hotel itself was surrounded by construction. Not all of the amenities were open yet, the bar and the fire place. The jacuzzis on the rooftop are cold pools, we were expecting them to be warm. We still enjoyed our stay and it was worth the price!

Room nice but stay disappointing overall
The room was nice but overall, it was a disappointing stay for a number of reasons There are major building works next door which means the pool is basically unusable - we didn’t see anybody in it the entire time we were there No amenities or conveniences on site (no bar/cafe/restaurant/shop etc). apart from the restaurant in the hotel down the road. We found this to be a big issue given how isolated it is (20 min walk to shop, 500 peso taxi to the beach) No bottled water provided which is a relatively minor expectation and again, is an issue given the distance to nearest shop Wifi very patchy in the rooms which made working remotely difficult. All in all, the room itself was nice but we leave feeling disappointed in our overall stay. It has potential to be a nice space when the building works next door are finished but you need to go prepared and stocked up with food/drinks you’ll use during your stay.

Loved the property ...but construction right next door was really loud and disruptive. The location requires a car or moped. The location is isolated so to go anywhere requires a car...forget biking the dirt path is really rough and biking on the sides of roads not recommended. If you want a cool modern decor with a fantastic roof top and have a car this property is great.

I was disappointed right away when I arrived and found out that the description that says they have bikes available for guests is not true. The property is very far from anything in town and further from the beach and taxis are prohibitively expensive ($20 USD for a 7 min ride to town) so bikes are a necessity. It got worse when I woke up on Monday morning when I woke up at 8am to loud construction happening on the property itself. They also don't offer filtered water to refill water bottles to guests which is customary in every other hotel I've stayed at in Mexico. This is worse when you remember how far they are from stores to buy this for yourself. Probably worst of all was how rude the front desk staff was when I asked about the bikes and where to find water on property. I checked out after 1 night and moved elsewhere. The best I can say for them (and thanks to Expedia) that they refunded the rest of my stay.
