Worst Stay EVER!!!

Worst stay ever!!! First of all our check in process took FOR EVER!! As she was making our keys the machine kept rejecting them, she had to keep playing with it until it finally worked! We get to our room and guess what!?!?!?! The keys didn't work!! Got a new set and still didn't work!! Turns out I had to keep swiping the key until it would turn green and then try to hurry up and grab the handle before it turned red! We get into our room, its pool side on the 5th floor of course its going to smell like a pool and be a little muggy but nothing that a little air condition cant fix!!! I go to turn on the AC.. guess what?? It didn't work!! Skipping to the end of the night.. We are getting ready for bed I get all the kiddos in bed and to sleep.. its the middle of night and I'm hot as hell!! So I decide to go smoke a cigarette outside. I get in my car smoke and walk back in.. I was out there for maybe 10 minutes.. I come back in and the fire alarm is going off!! Mind you I'm on the basement level and my kids are on the 5th floor!! That's 6 flights of stairs I had to run up because obviously you cant use the elevator! I get up there and my 20 yo niece who was watching all the kids was standing by the elevator!! I told them use the stairs. Found out someone on 3rd floor thought it looked smokey so they pulled the fire alarm!!! Ugh my kids are scarred for life rude awaking at 12am!! I will NEVER stay here again
