Not quite sure if it’s a remodel or trashy
When, arriving to the hotel, we honestly thought it was closed. It seems to be under renovation however a bag of trash sat in the Corredor of the elevators for over 24 hours. Strange activity within the lobby and the desk clerk, and a lady with a large bag. Definitely something wasn’t right about that situation. TV in our room didn’t work. Needless to say we spent very little time at the hotel. Definitely will not be one that we would use again.

Not sure what happened. Poor experience.
Check-in was bad. It took over 30 minutes and then they assigned us a room with people already in it. By the time we finally got it figured out, it was over an hour. When we checked into the room, it smelled stale, sheets were missing (I had to find staff to get new ones), and soap was out in the bathroom. Tough stay with a family.
